Is there parking at your studio?
There is no on-site parking. There is 2hr and 4hr parking in the surrounding streets. There is also a train station within 2 minutes walk from the studio.
What should I wear to my headshot session?
Wear solid colours or simple patterns that reflect your personality and profession. Avoid logos and busy prints. Layers (like a blazer or jacket) can add dimension.
Can I change outfits during the shoot?
Yes! The half hour session is yours to be used how you see fit. 1-3 outfits would be possible within that time. Bring a few options and we can help you choose.
What colour backdrops do you have?
We have tan, pink, blue, white and black. If you would like a particular colour backdrop this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can I change backdrop colour during the shoot?
Yes, you can use multiple coloured backdrops within your session time.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
We offer professional hair and makeup as an add-on, or we can recommend trusted artists. Light grooming is always recommended for best results.
When will I receive my photos?
A proof gallery is typically delivered within 2–3 business days. Final retouched images are delivered within 5–7 days of selection.
How many images will I get?
Each package includes a set number of fully retouched images. Additional images can usually be purchased.
Can I use the images for LinkedIn, websites, or acting portfolios?
Yes—your final images are yours to use for personal or professional purposes. Licensing for commercial use can be arranged if needed.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes, all final images include natural retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal, etc.). We keep it real but polished.
What if I’m not photogenic or feel awkward on camera?
That’s totally normal—and it’s our job to help you feel comfortable. We’ll guide you through poses and expressions the whole way.
Where does the shoot take place?
Shoots can take place in our studio, at your office, or outdoors—depending on your preference and the look you’re after.
Can I split the session with someone?
Solo sessions are only available for one person.
Do you shoot group or team headshots?
Absolutely! We offer on-site corporate headshots for businesses of all sizes. Bulk pricing available
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Life happens—we just appreciate notice.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You’re welcome to bring a friend or colleague for support or a second opinion.
